I joined BCG’s Jakarta office in 2006, right after graduating from Bandung Institute of Technology. Though my major was computer engineering, I had been interested in the management consulting world since my first day in college. When one of my colleagues introduced me to BCG a couple of months later, I became more and more interested in a career at BCG.

For me, BCG offers the perfect way of life. It is the best place for my personal development. I get tons of knowledge from BCG colleagues and also develop my skills in projects. In addition, BCG is a great working environment, with the warmest colleagues I’ve ever known.

The work is challenging and interesting. I have learned a lot about business, but have also been able to sharpen my core programming skills.  In a recent project, I was able to develop computer applications that helped our client to monitor its performance. At the same time, I learned a lot about the client’s business.

I am very proud to be part of BCG because it is one of the best management consulting firms in the world.  Only the most talented people can join this firm and I’m very proud to be working with them.
