I chose to be a consultant because of the exposure this career path offers. The interactions I have with senior managers, both BCG and clients, give me a richer and broader perspective in both my professional and my personal life. In addition, I have learned a lot through working in a wide range of industries on diverse functional topics, while enjoying the excitement of trying different things.

I have been lucky to have opportunities to work with BCG teams and clients outside the South East Asia region. I have noticed that different office regions in BCG have slightly different working styles, but the level of commitment to creating value for our clients is the same everywhere. In other words, BCG is a global firm but each of its offices has a distinct local culture.

My interest outside work is dancing. I really enjoy it and I had the chance to share my passion with the rest of my colleagues in an event at our BCG South East Asia annual gathering:  “BCG Idol”.  This was one of the many events that allow BCG-ers to share our creativity and talent, enjoy ourselves and have a good time together.
