After 3 years in law practice, I decided a change in work environment was due. I was looking for something that would provide continuous learning and allow me to acquire new skills. After my MBA, I decided to give management consulting a try — it appeared to offer all that I was looking for in a career.

I joined BCG Kuala Lumpur in August 2000, and I have not been disappointed. BCG is a unique firm with a dynamic, intellectually stimulating atmosphere, and a firm that puts significant emphasis on individuals' growth and development.

BCG consultants are expected to create value for clients across many industries and business issues. My own BCG experience spans the airline, financial services, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries, working in everything from organisation restructuring to e-commerce business development.
