Our practice areas are global networks of individuals who learn from client work, conduct new research, and spread knowledge both internally and externally. Our practice areas are structured around industry sectors, business functions, and hot business topics. While there is no such thing as a "typical BCG project", we have included a few examples of recent BCG SEA projects, to provide you a flavour of the type of work we do in our practice areas.
